Demolition of the portion of the existing building used for chemical storage and the addition of a new chemical storage building separated from the remaining portion of the facility by a 3-hour fire wall. The project also includes the reroofing of the remaining building and the alteration of existing toilet/shower rooms on level 596 ft. The existing construction type is Type 2B and the new addition will be Type 1A. The addition will be protected throughout by an approved fire suppression system.
